Eligibility
Criteria of Assam Police Recruitment:
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Citizen, permanent
resident of Assam. Selected candidates will have to submit Proof of Residence
after publication of the final select list.
Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must speak
Assamese or any other State language fluently.
Age Limit as on 1st January 2023: The age of the
candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
Candidate must be born on or before 1st January 2005 and on or after 1st
January 1983.
Upper Age Relaxation:
For SC, ST (P) and
ST(H) cadidates: 5 years
For OBC/ MOBC cadidates:
3 years
Educational
Qualification:
Safai
Karmachari: Minimum Class VI passed from a recognized
School or Institution and maximum qualification will be HSSLC or Class XII
passed from recognized Board or Council.
Tailor: Candidates must have passed HSLC from any recognized
Board or Council and Diploma in Trade are eligible.
Dresser: Candidates must have passed HSLC from any
recognized board or council and having experience in Dresser (Medical) are
eligible.
