1. Name of Post: Resident Superintendent
No of posts: 35 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any woman
having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology
with at least 5 years" experience of working on women related relevant
domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government
project/ programme and preferably with at least 1-year experience of
counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
Candidate should be preferably a resident of the local
community so that local human resource and expertise is utlised for effective
functioning of the centre.
2.Name
of post: Office Assistant
No of posts: 35 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person
who is a graduate with a minimum of 3- years' experience in handling office
documentation related job with proficiency in working on computers, at state or
district level with government or Non Governmental organizations.
3. Name
of post: Multi-purpose Staff
No of posts: 70 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person
who is literate with knowledge /experience of working in the relevant domain.
High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
4. Name
of post: Cook
No of posts: 70 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person
who is literate with knowledge /experience of working in the relevant domain.
High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
5. Name
of post: Security Guard/ Night Guard
No of posts: 105 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person
having at least 2 years" experience of working as security personnel in a
government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should
preferably be retired military/ para-military personnel.
One Stop Centre under Mission Shakti
6. Name of post: Centre Administrator
No of posts: 27 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience:
> Any Women having Masters in Law/ Social Work/
Sociology/Social Science/ Psychology with at least 5 years experience of
working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a
Government or Non-Government project/ programme and preferably with at least 1
year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
> For existing staff 3 years experience will be
preferred.
> She Should be preferably a resident of local Community
so that local human resource and expertise is utilized for effective

functioning of the center.

of post: Counsellor
No of posts: 35 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Women
having professional degree/ diploma in psychology/ psychiatry/ neurosciences
with a back ground of health sector and preferably with at least 3 experience
of working of working within a government or Non-government health project/
programme at district level.
9. Name
of post: Office Assistant
No of posts: 28 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate
with at least Diploma in computers/ IT etc. with a minimum of 3 years
experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting
formats, video conferencing at state or district level with Government or Non-
Government / IT-based organizations.
10. Name
of post: Multi Purpose Staff/ Cook (MPW)
No of posts: 94 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Women who
is literate with knowledge/ experience of working in the relevant domain. High
School pass or equivalent will be preferred. However it would not be applicable
for candidates having working experience at One Stop Centre.
11. Name
of post: Security Guard/ Night Guard
No of posts: 99 posts
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person
having 2 years experience of working as security personnel in a Government or
reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/she should preferably be
retired military / para-military personnel.
