Stipend: The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of ₹15,000/- per month during their engagement period of 01 (one) year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.

 Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate in any Discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government.

 Local Language Proficiency: The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in any one of the specified local languages of that State/UT, as mentioned below.

Local Language for Assam: Assamese Bengali and Bodo .

 

Age Limit as on 01.05.2026: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years. 

 Upper Age Relaxation:

For SC/ST: 5 years

For OBC: 3 years

For PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years

For PwBD (OBC): 13 years

For PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years 

Application Fee:

SC/ ST/ PwBD: Rs.200/- plus GST

UR/ EWS/ OBC - Female / Transgender Candidates: Rs.600/- plus GST

UR/ EWS/ OBC - Male candidates: Rs.800/- plus GST
