 Intelligence Bureau (IB) invites application for the post  of 677 Security Assistant/ Motor Transport (SA/MT) and Multi-Tasking Staff/ General (MTS/Gen) posts in the Subsidiary Intelligence Bureaux, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India.

Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2023:

 1. Name of Post: Security Assistant/ Motor Transport

 No of posts: 362 posts [Guwahati: 10 posts]

 Category-wise vacancy:

 [ UR: 221, OBC/NCL: 60, SC: 34, ST: 30, EWS: 17]

 Pay: Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

 Age Limit: Candidate age must not exceed 27 years as on closing date .

 Essential Qualification:

(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and

(ii) Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied.

 Other Criteria:

(i) Possession of valid driving license for Motor Cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority;

(ii) Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle), and

(iii)Experience of driving a Motor Car for at least one year after obtaining valid driving license.

2. Name of Post: Multi-Tasking Staff/ General (MTS/Gen)

 No of posts: 315 posts

 Category-wise vacancy:

Pay: Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

 Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 25 years as on closing date .

 Essential Qualification:

(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and

(ii) Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied.

Other Criteria of Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2023:

 Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

 Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian national.

Examination Fee:

For UR/OBC/EWS (Male): Rs.500/–

Others/ PWD :Rs.450/–
